Leadership
David K. Hall has over forty years of continuing education, training and experience specializing in the design, fabrication, operation, certification, and failure analysis of machinery and mechanical systems.

David’s high-energy nuclear physics research at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory; and Project Engineering experience at Rocketdyne on the Atlas and Delta rocket engine development programs launched a hands-on career involving detailed analysis in many different engineering disciplines and scientific fields.

David has extensive aviation and aerospace experience, and over twenty five years of specific hands-on aircraft accident investigation experience. He has completed the University of Southern California (USC) Viterbi School of Engineering Accident Investigation Course and has attended many of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory schools for additional and recurrent training. In addition, he is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, holds an FAA Inspector Authorization (IA), is an aircraft owner and FAA licensed pilot.

As a “hands-on” guy throughout the many years, David has developed the ability and resources to help his clients through the difficult product development and certification processes. Not unlike the failure analysis process, David has repeatedly demonstrated that he understands how a product works and has helped many companies to better understand the engineering and marketing aspects of their products leading to improved reliability and greater market share.

David performs work worldwide for clients. Although the majority of projects have been within the continental United States, projects have also been performed in Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, Portugal, Brazil, New Zealand, Morocco and South Korea.
